Message From Assistant Principal
Cassandra W. Jones, a 25-year educator, was born and reared in Natchez, Mississippi. She is the second oldest of her 6 siblings. At an early age, she had aspirations of becoming an educator. Ms. Jones knew she wanted to become a teacher/educator in the third grade. She is the proud parent of one amazing daughter, India. Cassandra is very active in her community. She is also a proud member of Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church where she is a part of the praise & worship team.
After graduating from the best high school in the state of Mississippi, North Natchez High School, she attended Jackson State University where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. As a life-long learner, she attended Alcorn State University where she received a Masters Degree in Education. Cassandra is presently enrolled at Jackson State University pursuing a dual degree, Specialist/Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Supervision. She is certified and qualified to teach K-6 (All subjects), 7th -12th grade English, and Advanced Placement English Literature and Composition. In addition to the aforementioned information, she holds a 486 Administrative License.
