A Message from the Assistant Principal
Hello, West Family!
I am Lisa Lance Lewis and I will be serving as your Assistant Principal. I am from the Mississippi Delta (Greenville), but for the past 29 years Natchez has been my home. The Natchez Adams School District is the only district I have worked in so I am truly vested in what we do here. I love this district and the people we serve! This year will look very different compared to what we are used to, but I am confident in us that we will soar and fly high! We have always risen to the task and we won’t let anything stop us from continuing to do so! We’ve got this!
For those of you who don’t know me, I am a divorced mother of 3 amazing children and I am “GiGi” to one adorable grandson. They are my world and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I have a Bachelor of Science in Elem. Ed. from Delta State University, a Master of Science in Elem. Ed. in Reading from Alcorn State University, and an Ed.Specialist degree in Administration and Supervision, also from Delta State. I taught first grade, fourth grade, worked as a Literacy Coach with MDE, and served an MTSS Coordinator. I love what I do and I will continue as long as God gives me strength and good health.
This is an exciting time for us and I am glad to be taking this journey with you. It may sound cliché but West really is the Best!!
