2023-2024 SY MDE MSIS PERSONNEL DATA ENTRY
Human Resources is working with attendance clerks on MSIS data entry: September - November
1st MSIS deadline - 09/29/2023     
October 2023 - November 2023: Principals will receive their school Accreditation Report. Principals must attempt to clear errors by the end of November. Errors that are not cleared will be included in the MDE MSIS December snapshot. 
October 2023 - November 2023: Exceptional Services and Vocational Programs will receive their Program reports.
2nd and final MSIS Deadline: 12/06/2023 MSIS shuts down and will be unavailable for data entry through January 2024
January/February 2024: Interim Superintendent will receive MDE MSIS ACCREDITATION STATUS LETTER INCLUDING SCHOOL DEFICIENCIES
Principals will be updated on final MSIS deficiencies and will be notified if action is required.
 
 
EMPLOYEE PERSONAL INFORMATION
Can personal contact numbers and information be updated? 
Yes. Contact #s and all personal information may be updated by contacting Human Resources to complete a PERS form.
When the form is updated, revised information will be updated in the Business and Insurance Offices and uploaded to PERS.
 
PERS-RETIREMENT
Who can help with retirement information? 
Contact PERS first for employer benefit information to make sure you are in good standing for retirement. Google PERS for the contact #. Contact Human Resources for the complete retirement process after speaking with PERS.
Employees who may retire this year should make contact with HR to start the process to allow the PERS analysts time to audit their account in a timely manner.
 
PERS BENEFICIARIES
Can beneficiaries and percentages be changed on the PERS form? Yes. Contact Human Resources for this process.
 
EEF CARD
Who receives an EEF Card? 
Contact Delanea Young, Purchasing Agent in the Business & Finance Department.
 
INSURANCE
Can insurance beneficiaries be changed? Can I drop insurance? 
Contact Nickio Marshall, Insurance Clerk in the Business and Finance Department, for this information.
 
PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS
Can revisions be made to federal and state payroll deductions?
