“Events like this bring the parents out and gives them an opportunity to speak with teachers and administrators about their child’s progress. I think it’s great that teachers and other staff members take the time to set up events like this that help further our student’s education. The more visible parents are in our school, the more children learn,” said Shemekia Rankin, Morgantown Principal.
The report card pickup event is the 2nd such event hosted this year at the school. Concession treats, complete with nachos and hotdogs, were available for parents and students to enjoy.
