The Mississippi Department of Health requires incoming 7th graders to have vaccinations and a new 121 Immunization Compliance Form in order to begin the upcoming school year.
The Mississippi Department of Health requires students to receive the vaccine prior to entering 7th grade. The Health Department also strongly recommends the HPV and meningococcal vaccine at this age. Please contact your family physician, health care provider, or your local health department to schedule an appointment for this immunization.
Students who do not meet this requirement prior to August 7, 2019, the 1st day of school, WILL NOT BE allowed to officially register for school.
