Hello I am Dr. Kejuane Bates a 2002 graduate of Natchez High School. I played football and sang in the Superior ranked choir all four years of high school. After high school I went on to Alcorn State University to major in music education until my mother’s health began to fail. After having to withdraw from Alcorn to come home to help care for my mother I worked for Natchez Community Hospital. In 2009 I decided to go back to college and majored in Theology. I received my Bachelor of Theology, Master of Christian Counseling from PenteFaith Biblical Studies in Houston, TX. Then went on to Hope Bible Institute where I received another Bachelor and Master of Theology and in April of 2019, I graduated with my Doctorate in Biblical Psychology.  I currently serve as a Certified School Resource/ D.A.R.E. My words to you as a current student are never give up on your dreams. If you believe in yourself you’re already halfway there to achieving. Never let anyone tell you that you can’t accomplish something. You can have whatever you want to have so KEEP DREAMING!!!!
