Natchez High students traveled to the Mississippi Braves game at Trustmark Park in Pearl, MS on Friday, May 20, 2022. Students are a part of the Alcorn State University Talent Search South Program. The Talent Search Program provides academic and personal counseling, study skills, cultural diversity, coal setting, career exploration, ACT prep and much more. Many of the students that went said that they had a great time at the game and that they are looking forward to being a part of the program. Kieara Harris stated, "We are a family now. We are looking forward to upcoming events." The students went through an application process.
