After your Internet connects you want to sign into the Chromebook. Parents please use your childs school issued email address, which is going to be there student ID number without the 0, @natchez.k12.ms.us. So for my daughter I'm going to type her email address. I'm going to hit next. It will then ask for her password. I'm going to block this out while I do that. Once I type the password I'm going to hit next. I have to wait for it to load here so I'll stop the video and come back. Oh it didn't take long.  So once that happens you're all set. So you just get started and it will log you into your computer. Now this is why it is so important to use the child's email address because this is a Google Chromebook and once you log in using that child's email address that was issued by the District, they're already logged into Google so all you have to do at that point is to click the 3 by 3 Square block up here and you can click Gmail it's going to take you directly to the child's email account it's already open everything that's in the G Suite that child has access to Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google slides which is like PowerPoint, the calendar, if you want to join Google meet, Google Drive to store assignments. All they have to do is click Gmail and then it'll take them directly to their email. Another thing you can do,   if you go here to the bottom of the open screen and you click that colorful M again is going to take them directly to their email. If you are on the home screen and you want to go to internet browser you just click the Google Chrome icon and it take you there. They are already logged in.
