Athletic Registration Forms and Handbook
This page contains relevant and necessary athletic handbook and athletic clearance forms required by Natchez-Adams School District.
Before a student may participate in any athletic game or practice, the athletic handbook and forms must be signed and returned to the coach. Sports forms are to be submitted once per school year, the first season a student plays a sport. Sports physicals are only valid for 365 days.
