NASD 2023-2024 Salary Scale
The pay raise increase that the Governor signed last year was not an across-the-board pay raise. The salary scale only applies to the following School-Level Certificated Staff that hold a valid Mississippi Teaching License and administers school services and instruction to students.
Certified Classroom Teachers - 187 workdays
Certified Classroom Teachers with Extended workdays - 200 workdays
Certified Speech Pathologist - 187 workdays
Certified MTSS Coordinators - 210 workdays
Certified Professional School Guidance Counselors - 210 workdays
